In 2008 company Olvita completed construction of the complex for processing and storage of frozen and chilled products. Complex was built using high quality European equipment and meets modern international standards.
The complex is located on an area of 7 hectares in the Schastlive village, Borispol district, 10 kilometers from Kiev, two kilometers from the highway separating Kiev and international airport "Borispol". This location provides convenient access to warehouse and is ideal for distribution.
Currently company rents cold storages and provides services for storage of frozen and chilled products. Cold storages have an area set more than 17000 sq.m. and can simultaneously place more than 17000 tons of production at temperatures form minus 25°C to plus 10°C. Storage capacities consist of:
- cold storage 1500 sq.m., storage capacity up to 2000 tons of production at temperature from -10 to -25°C;
- cold storage 9000 sq.m. with built-in office areas, storage capacity up to 15000 tons of production at temperature from -10 to -25°C;
- logistics terminal for fresh products storaging and distribution, 6500 sq.m. with built-in office areas, nominal daily turnover more than 200 tons of products.
Except cold storages complex includes: processing and office areas, areas for warehouse staff, pallet storage and parking. Video surveillance systems, fire and burglar alarms, non-stop protection used for safety monitoring purposes.
Our company use advanced storage technologies, modern warehouse and refrigeration equipment. It provides high quality product storaging at various temperature ranges: from -18 to -25°C, from -2 to -10°C, from 0 to +10°C, which guarantees freshness and safety of production.
Complex of Olvita company’s services includes lease of cold storages; loading and unloading services on efficient equipment; leasing of office areas; providing areas for warehouse staff; services of storing foodstuff and other goods that requires stable temperature maintaining.
At the moment, our main customers are more that ten leading producers and importers of foodstuff, as well as two national retail chains.
